It is possible to purchase CLOTHING from all over the world. Only in Extra CEE countries FRAGRANCES and LABELS cannot be purchased.

TRAMAROSSA.IT has designed a simple and convenient return procedure to make your online shopping experience enjoyable even if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

You can return any product purchased on TRAMAROSSA.IT within 14 business days from the date of delivery.
Make sure the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all tags attached and intact.
Fill out the form you will find in the box by entering the reasons for the return merchandise by marking the relevant code in the table.
Prepare the goods you intend to return, along with this form, inside the box you received from TRAMAROSSA.IT (or a box with the same characteristics of strength and size).
TRAMAROSSA already provides you with the pre-printed label to make the return. Email [email protected] to receive return authorization. Reserve pickup of the package on MYDHL (for international shipping) or GLS.IT (for domestic shipping). Return charges are the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise indicated within the site or there are special promotions running. These will then be deducted from your total refund value. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when we accept your return, within 3 business days from the date of delivery to the warehouse. Please note that we can only refund correctly returned products. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, TRAMAROSSA.IT will not be able to make a refund and the package will be sent back to you.

Please remember not to detach the tags from the garment if you intend to return it, otherwise these will not be refunded.

Women’s customised items with a button change cannot be exchanged or returned.
Customised garments with back label and initials can instead be exchanged or returned.

You can return only part of an order, just write inside the return package, which items you want to return.

If you are not a registered customer, you can email [email protected]. We will help you make the return in the same way.

Refund time varies depending on the payment method you choose:

• Credit cards or paypal: your return will be taken care of within 24 hours of receiving the package at our warehouses. When a payment is refunded to you, the money automatically goes back to your PayPal balance or credit/prepaid card depending on the payment method you originally used: if you had used PayPal balance, the money will go back to that balance immediately; if you used credit card, it may take up to 30 days for the credit to be effective and visible on your statement. If you do not see the refund, contact the card company.
• Other payment methods: following acceptance of your return by our warehouse, you will be asked for the bank details (IBAN) required to make the refund, which generally occurs 2-3 days after the return of the package.

Coupon/Discount Coupon Code is a personal secret code, consisting of letters and numbers, which can be sent to the customer by e-mail communication. This code corresponds to a shopping voucher of the value of the merchandise you returned (in case of returning merchandise) or of a different value, due to ongoing promotions. It is expendable only on WWW.TRAMAROSSA.IT and is not redeemable for cash. To use the Discount Coupon, you must select the item(s) you want, put it in the shopping cart and enter it. Here, below the summary of the items you selected for purchase, you will find the appropriate field “APPLY DISCOUNT” where you can enter the code you have: in this way the system will calculate and apply the discount associated with the code. To proceed with the purchase, simply click on the “PROCEED TO CHECK-OUT” button.
The Coupon Code/Discount Coupon has a valid expiration date and can only be used once.

The values expressed in the size chart are approximate, but keep in mind that all sometimes different fabrics have different fits.

There are 4 main models in Tramarossa’s Men’s collection:

LEONARDO

It is our iconic model, the first one created by Tramarossa. Our way of understanding jeans: refined and contemporary, comfortable and exclusive. Fit balanced between elegant and informal. Wrapping at the waist, thanks to the sartorial-inspired inner belt, slim fit on thighs and calves, and narrow bottom.

We called it Leonardo to affirm that Tramarossa jeans are also a spokesman for Italian genius and know-how. A reference to the perfect proportions of Leonardo’s Vitruvian man, precisely. A name linked to creativity, but also to the tradition of ancient workshops. Values that are a constant presence in the history of our brand.

MICHELANGELO

The Michelangelo model is our interpretation of the most regular fit. It has a medium-high waist and, thanks to the internal tailored belt, ensures a precise and comfortable fit. Soft on the hips and calves, with a slightly open leg bottom, the Michelangelo is the relaxed jean that does not, however, betray the formal approach of every Tramarossa garment.

Michelangelo is available in comfort, slightly stretchy fabrics and innovative superstretch fabrics with shape memory.

LUIS

Denim and gabardine have their most formal expression in the Luis model, the chino fit according to Tramarossa. A pant characterized by the America pocket on the front and welt pocket on the back. The coin pocket below the waistband also houses the initials, a distinctive feature of the brand. The chino is wrap-around throughout the leg and tapers at the bottom.

Two fits in which it is developed, the slim version, made with superstretch memory fabrics, and the regular, open on comfort fabrics.
