SHIPMENTS
TRAMAROSSA.IT sells its products worldwide, delivering by express courier DHL in Europe and Extra CEE countries, by GLS in Italy. TRAMAROSSA processes orders and dispatches them within 48 hours of receiving them.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping from TRAMAROSSA.IT is free of charge with a minimum spend of €50.00 in Europe, and €500 in countries outside the EEC.
Please note that Import Taxes (DDU), for countries outside the EEC, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
In case a customer refuses the delivery of the package, all costs incurred by Tramarossa including shipping and any import taxes will be deducted from the customer.
DELIVERY TIME
Shipping times depend on the geographical destination of the goods. In general, all shipments
– in Italy arrive within 1/2 working days
– abroad may take up to 5 working days.
Shipments are made by express courier.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
As soon as TRAMAROSSA dispatches the parcel, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number (AWB) to be entered on the Freight Forwarder’s website, respectively:

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
TRAMAROSSA.IT has thought of a simple and convenient return procedure, in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant even if your purchase does not fully satisfy you.
You can return any product except for custom-made products that require a production time of 30 working days, purchased on TRAMAROSSA.IT within 14 working days from the delivery date.
- Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached and intact.
- Prepare the goods you intend to return inside the box received from TRAMAROSSA.IT (or in a box with the same characteristics of strength and size).
- Book the collection of the package. Return costs are charged to the customer unless otherwise indicated on the site or there are no special promotions in progress. This cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail when we accept your return, within 3 working days from the date of delivery to the warehouse. We remind you that we can only refund products that have been returned correctly. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, TRAMAROSSA.IT will not be able to make a refund and the package will be sent back to you.
Remember not to detach tags from the garment if you intend to return it or you will not be refunded.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The first return is free of charge: Tramarossa will cover the shipping costs for returning the item.
If the customer wishes to make a second return (return of the return), the shipping costs will be at their own expense. The package must be sent, at the customer’s expense, to the following address:

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Please note that import taxes (DDU) for countries outside the EEC are payable by the customer and will be charged accordingly.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please note that for international returns, return shipping and any reverse duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We also recommend that you insure your package and contact customer service ([email protected]) with the tracking number once it has been shipped.
Once the package has been received, the value of duties and taxes incurred and anticipated by TRAMAROSSA srl will be deducted from the total refund.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed again in the original form of payment.
